The Absorbent Sock for Petroleum and Petroleum Products is made of 100% hydrophobic polypropylene. It interacts physically with greases, oils and petroleum products, with highly efficient hydrocarbon absorption and water repellency.

Because it works as a flexible barrier, it can be placed around the slick or leak to contain its spread. It is also suitable around tanks, drums and equipment, helping prevent the spread of potential spills.
